We accept returns. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Subscriptions can start, stop or pause at any time. Please ensure that any cancelations to subscriptions are completed 24 hours prior to renewal date.
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a delay in processing your order, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.
We ship orders using USPS Priority Mail. There is a $5.00 flat rate fee for orders 74.99 or less and free shipping for order $75 (subtotal) or more. Please note that USPS is currently experiencing minor delays in shipping due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
We currently offer domestic shipping to the United States, its’ territories and Canada (additional charge for Canadian shipping)
